  1. Bill of Lading is surrendered by shipper or forwarder at Port of Loading due to cargo arrives at port of destination/final destination before the shipper/forwarder send the BL to consignee and to take delivery of cargo by consignee and also to avoid demurrage/detention to be incurred by consignee/notify at POD.
