Why swimmer's abdominal muscles is different to runner's abdominal muscles?

swimmer's abdominal muscles is absolutely straight.but runner's

abdominal muscles is shapely.what do they different from each other? how can i get abdominal muscles like swimmer

    Swimmer and runner got different training..

    Swimmers abdominal muscles was shape by many training of arm spins that get your abdominal muscles contraction. So the muscles will shape more straight than runner which use more legs than hand..

    You must training and practice swim!!


  2. Swimmers stretch their stomach muscles when they do each stroke...not tighten. Swimmers use more if the shoulder, arms and legs and the stomach just glides. For runners, they tighten their abs so it looks a bit chunky.
