Why symbols like those ♣♧ ♠♤ ♫♪♬ cannot be readable by all computers ?

Question

If I take an example with those small symbols : ♣♧ ♠♤ ♫♪♬.

Some of you who have laptops aren't able to see all of them, but the rest of you can.

WHY ??

ust depends if they are in the onboard alphabet, most computers can anyway well, both mac and pc's can

it depends on the fonts the computer has.. if it doesnt have it. it cant see it

mine i cant make them.

its cause its a laptop and i dont have a key pad number pad thing.

its just because some computers like laptops r made differently.
