Why then is it Chevron oil doesn't sell it's surplus of sulfur?

Chevron Oil doesn't sell its surplus of sulfur because sufur is grossly underpriced on the commodities market. Once the price of oil goes up, the price of sulphur will skyrocket because it is needed for making sulphuric acid. Chevron will then make a HUGE profit (not that is doesn't already, of course...).
