Why the International Organizations bribe officials in developing countries ?

International organizations are believed to be bribing officials in developing countries like India.

The bribes are disguised as funding for NGOs owned by family members of officials.

  1. You have to be much more specific.  Which IOs?  Who believes this?  Why are developing countries' officials so eminently bribable?

You are going to have to be a little more specific.  When you say IOs, you are talking about literally 1000s of organizations.  Examples, hmmm UN and Iraqi oil for food program.  They were bribing officials and pocketing money for themselves as well.  The US CIA and Iran during the Iran-Contra scandal, you bet.  Often, you can also seem them given not as bribes, but as incentives to help.  Of course, the flip side is that you can prove none of your claims.  What persons?  Have you seen the money?  Which IOs?  You leave a lot of unanswered questions.
