  1. Japanes were relocated during WWII because of the fear that they would support Japan rather than the United States.  We already had a large contingent of Mexican farm workers prior to the start of WII.

  2. japan bombed pearl harbor. the government  at that time thought it best to place all japanese citizens in concentration type places for security reasons.

  3. After the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor, there was a fear that all Japanese people were dangerous, even the ones who were US citizens. So they were taken away from their homes and put into camps. This is a very dark chapter in US history.

  4. Interment camps, because the Government considered them a threat. The Bracero farm workers started with a program in 1942 because the sugar beet industry needed workers then it spread to agreements with Mexico to provide workers for railways and all produce harvests, cotton etc. They were a huge force in the building of America and shamefully treated here's and excerpt from Wiki-The workers who participated in the Bracero Program have generated significant local and international struggles challenging the US government and Mexican government to identify and return deductions taken from their pay, from 1942 to 1948, for savings accounts which they were legally guaranteed to receive upon their return to Mexico at the conclusion of their contracts. Many never received their savings. Lawsuits presented in federal courts in California, in the late 1990s and early 2000s, highlighted the substandard conditions and documented the ultimate destiny of the savings accounts deductions, but the suit was thrown out because the Mexican banks in question never operated in the United States.

Now when people argue about the immigrants let them digest that. Also all income tax that is never retrieved for fear of exposing someone and getting deported. So America gains cheap employment and 18percent of the wages paid these immigrants.
