Why the US cannot catch Bin laden?

Osama Bin Laden, leader of Al Qaida, is hiding in a cave in the remote areas of Pakistan. Yet, the US does not care about his capture. Other al qaida leaders are hiding with him, but the US cannot doing nothing about it.

He's already dead. Killed by another terrorist faction according to Mz Bhutto, who was herself assassinated for veering from the official propaganda.

Bin Laden isn't important.

A movement like Al Qaeda requires many people. The war against Al Qaeda is about disrupting communication and resources and changing opinions of many people who support Al Qaeda.

So one arab hiding in an isolated cave doesn't merit a lot of resources to root him out.

He is a benefit for propeganda for as long as he isn't caught. If they were to catch him, many Americans would then feel as though the 'war on terror' was over, and the waning  public support they have now for more war (Iran next) would drop out the bottom. The West's agenda of globalizing the Middle East could then fail.

US satellites can read a newspaper from space. You really don't think they know where he is huh?!

dude ill be honest if they find him they have to reason to be in Iraq we all know its not because al qaida or weapons its to steal their gas thats y the gov says they cant find him which is bs they probably have some sort of alience with the al qaida u shud know by now that u cant trust our goverment they keep everything secret from its people take area 51 for example.

Because they are no longer looking for him, and haven't been for quite some time now.

I think they can but refuse to because of the uproar it would create in the Muslim communities world wide. It would be more trouble to have him in their hands than to just let him be where he is.

Aside from that the Bush family has a great deal of business with Bin Ladens family. It's well known that when the attacks on the states came in September of that year the whole Bin Laden family that were in the States at the time were rounded up within hours and secreted away for their own safety.

Having Bin Laden in their hands and on trial would add fuel to the Islamic fire and the terrorism. I think that the U.S. government knows where he is and is leaving him alone to avoid a resurgence in violence and terrorism.
