Why the United States shouldn't adopt Universal Health Care System?

I these four main issues that I must use to be against adopting the Universal Health Care:

1. How the Universal Health Care hasn’t been successful in other countries

2. Universal Health care impact on Insurance companies ( What makes the insurance Companies better or what could they do, I need a positive answer for this.)

3. cost of universal Health Care vs. Current Insurance System ( how is the current system better)

4. Possible abuse of a universal Health Care System (reasons why people would abuse it instead of using it as a necessity)

( If you could please look up websites to help me find evidence to be against this) I know it's hard being against something that may actually be a benefit to all of us American, but I am loss on what to find to have a strong argument on the issues I stated.

Truly if anyone would help me I would appreciate it very much.

Obama was against universal health care when he was running against Hillary
He said he would work with insurance cos. , health care providers,and drug cos.
to make health care AFFORDABLE FOR AMERICAN'S. Another lie I guess.
