The Zionism movement had demanded Palestine in early 20c in order to get a land to live gathered.

Their leader Theodor Herzl asked The Royal Government to give him Palestine, but the British answered that is not easy right now, but they offered Congo and the Zionist Leader accepted, but his behavior coasts his life, because they rejected & fired him. oh my God

THE QUESTION IS : WHY THEY BELIEVED IN PALESTINE AS A HOME IF HE ACCEPTED IN CONGO....??

FUNNY AH.

  1. Both the Jews and the Arabs have a historical claim to Israel.

Both were promised Palestine by the British.  The British gave the Jews Israel in part because of the losses they suffered in the Holocaust.

If you're going to be mad at someone, blame the British for this.

And the Congo would have been completely unsuitable for the Jews.  They're not a rainforest society.

  2. That can't be right.

Britain did not have a colony in the Congo. It belonged to Belgium.

Secondly, no sane person would ever volunteer to go there.

  3. The British promised Palestine to the Zionists in 1919 remember "Balfour". Thats a long time before the holocaust.

Most Zionist leaders were actually atheists. They wanted a land. and Palestine was the better option because of the location, resources, and history which they can use to persuade other jews.
