Why the chess table doesn't download?

You need the latest version of chess,but you have to remove the old version before the new can download or you get a version conflict!

Go to start,my PC, click on C-drive, open the windows folder, open the downloaded programs folder.your games are listed there. delete the chess file. Clearing your browser cache will not remove it.You have to manually click on the file and delete it.
