  1. Because 365 is not divisible by 7.

  2. Christmas is always on December 25th.....What am I not understanding about your question?

  3. Because the year is not a multiple of 7 days.  So, holidays advance by one or two days in the week each year.

  4. Because the numerals on the calender come on different days of the week each year, but Christmas is always on the 25th of Dec.  This year Christmas will be on a Thursday and next year it might be on Friday. Hope that explains it for you. That's how it is in the USA..I'm not sure if it's the same for other countries.
