Why the cost of lumineers varies ?

Why the cost of lumineers varies in a dental clinic if it is in all cases a thin piece gonna put on the whole tooth, why dentist put a price from like 600 to 1000 dollar per tooth ?

likely its the same reason that if you walk into Walmart the same CD is slightly cheaper than it would be at a CD shop.  Its a free market and people can charge what they want and what they think a service is worth.  This is especially true in the case of cosmetics.  Not all plastic surgeons charge the same amount for a face lift and its all the same procedure
