  1. Because there are franchisees to take them on contract for their team and the players are attracted by the huge amount on offer.


  2. 1. That is their business!

    2. They retired because they no longer have the will or interest to be travelling & away from home for such long periods of time. IPL takes up only a few weeks of the year.

    3. They are at an age where they have realised their bodies can no longer stand up to the constant training, playing & travelling.

    2) Money factor

    3) Less traveling with the team and also enjoying new places to visit with family members.

    4) Not having so much of tension as playing for ur own country.

    5) Can able to drop matches if required (so many players waiting  4 chances to prove themselves).
