Why the earth is oval in shap?why it is not round shap?

It is an oblate spheroid!

It is because the earth was mostly molten when it first formed and it was spinning (faster than it is now, its slowing slowing down). So the centrifugal force acts at the equator but not at the pole. This force makes the planet bulge at the equator and less so as you go up in latitude.

Nearly all the planets are like this!
