I agree with Nodorian.   Handball  has been around  forever.  The only  reason  that  you don,t  hear much about it  is because there is no money  in  it.    Handball  requires  good  reflexes,  speed, agility ,stamina.   It is great  exercise &  you  don't  need  any  special  equiptment--just a  wall and a ball     HEY-jjrjeff-WHATS  SO  STUPID  ABOUT HANDBALL?  & did you really feel the need to say that after reading my comment??

I don't think there's any wall in handball. We did this once in high school. It is more along the lines of ultimate frisbee than wall and ball.
