  1. Well the time of day has to parts in it, you have the morning rush and the evening rush.

The traffic is always slow at those two points of the day unless there is construction or an accident.

For one, everyone leaves pretty much at the same time too head for work, or to be heading home from work, when that happens the freeways get very congested.

You have people that never go the speed limit allot of the times people will go slower than the speed limit and they will do this in every lane possible, that is when rush hour turns into turtle hour.

People are like cattle, when it is feeding time and the farmers want them in to feed they all have to be there at the same time and they get stuck, then you have people that drive too fast, that is an accident waiting too happen.

Basically rush hour means everyone is on the road, and there is way too many people at one time, and going nowhere.

  2. Well Duh Everyone is "rushing" to get home or get to work. most businesses are from 8-5 and everyone leaves their house at the same freakin time.
