Why the immigration disapproved my application of mother's visa even i had affidavit authenticated from Phils?

First my husband tried to sponsor my mother. The immigration asked for document from the Philippines court prooving that he is the only one could sponsor my mother. I thinked this is a little tricky to do or if possible would takes time to get done. So i asked my company to transfer my visa under their sponsorship. Afterwards, i went to Abu Dhabi immigration to proceed the application submitting the affidavit of support authenticated from Philippines Department of Foreign Affairs and UAE emabassy & my salary certificate. I am earning more than 10,000.00 a month. Unfortunately i got the result of application from empost yesterday and noted that i could not sponsor my mother. The reason is not stated in there. I am having difficulties in communication with people in immigration because of their language and seems they are avoiding contacts with non-arabic. I need an advice.
