Why the new generation indians are so rude to NRIs?

job recruiters and even educated well settled Indians are rude,selfish and jealous of people returning from other countries.They think that we have had it easy there and are ignorant of our pain and struggles.They are just estimating the amount of dollars we might have earned.It is inhuman and extremely selfish.
