  1. If she was not a woman (and had the same credentials), she would not have been McCain's pick.  It is insulting to women if he thinks we will vote only because she has a skirt on!

  2. I agree with Jasmine. She is quite cruel on her rules just like a Headmaster of a School.

She is anti g*y, anti abortion, pro hunting, etc..........

I seriously believe even animals should have the right to vote. Think about all the moose she has eaten in her burgers.

Animal Rights Acitivists are probably going mad right now.

  3. She is Anti-Abortion everything !!!!!!!!

Even if a young girl is raped, she thinks they should have the baby.

    That is the most cruel thing in the world;

    :D

  4. Because, if you will notice, they have nothing to attack her on other than her personal beliefs.  They can't attack her on 20 years of association with shady people so they go after her personally.  It's downright shameful to watch them attack someone who has lived a good, clean life and obviously loves her family and country.  That sounds like a true American, and with the left attacking that, well, you figure it out.

  5. because it's like nominating Alan Keyes to get black people to vote for you. I wouldn't vote for Alan Keyes at gunpoint. She's a traitor to the women's movement.

  6. Hey up there, how do you postively know that she believes

a woman should have the child if she was raped?

I think it's wonderful of her to raise her child who has Down's Syndrome.

I don't agree with all of her views but what

person does argree with Everything?  I would still

    rather have McCain/Palin.

  7. Credentials and stances aside, my first reaction was that it felt like a "Johnny come lately" scenario.  With the R's answering the obvious American consensus that WE are ready for change.  However, they seem to think that what Americans want to change is the presence of a woman and/or a minority in office.  So they have answered with " a female of their own" like a side show.  This is so far off the mark it stinks of befuddled, old school politics that have ran out of tricks.  Americans obviously want change, not based on gender or race, but based on legislation and human interests.  We have had enough of politicians running American government and it's time America runs the government and the politicians.    I think this latest move discounts the Republican VP candidate's credentials, as well as insults Americans with the notion that, 'if they give us a female VP we'll be happy and shut up'.  Ridiculous!

  8. Its hilarious!  They were reeling all day yesterday and all the DNC attack machine can come up with is she is pro-life and religious....

They even attacked her for her child with downs syndrome yesterday.. ..

    very sad and very desperate...

  9. Palin, based on her beliefs, appears to be a set back for the women's movement. From your question, though are you anti-woman? And is there something wrong with being pro-woman?

From a personal level, however, before I pass judgment, I want to see Ms. Palin in action. Then I'll decide.

  10. I find the hypocrisy staggering. She claims to be pro-family, blah blah, yet she herself has very small children and is working full time (and probably more) instead of raising her children. These are not MY morals, they are hers. She does not practice what she preaches, period. A hypocritical fundie.

Oh, and to the poster who said she is "raising" her down's syndrome child... how can she be raising it when she is governor of a state, and now will be on the road for the next few months? She probably goes home and kisses the kid goodnight and that's it. She is as fake as they come.

  11. simple cuz this country is full of bigots
