  1. because of economy crisis


  2. Other investment options are not giving good returns. Global economy it suffering slack period. The only option left is Gold so people are investing in gold and liquidating from equities.

    That is why demand is more and it is expected continue rising till 2 more years.


  3. there r many reasons. its simple economics. There is a lot of demand n less supply so da price goes higher.

    the possibility of disruption in supplies like if there is a war or natural calamity at the oil reserve countries also effects the price.

  4. see basically crude oil prices, global economic, and gbp v/s usd prices are effecting gold prices, its not that dimand and supply and all that.

    usd is going down and dwn against GBP, crude oil prices are again highly effect to gold prices, and lastly global economic sentiment is not strong so its effect to gold prices.
