  1. Tip of the nose in most animals and humans the most sensitive part and a touch causes arousal  like feeling.

  2. Those poor sharks were drugged. You are more likely to bit bit by an American tourist than a shark said the narrator. He can bite my American bottom.

  3. Sharks have a tremendous amount of nerve endings in their snout. I saw a telvision show some time back where this fellow was working his way to "hypnotize" a white shark. He was successful and I was terrified for him.

Apparently when they are calm enough to roll them on their back, they are very much hypnotized.

  4. as it says on the video, it may overwhelm their senses.  Sharks actually have a sense that we don't.  They can sense the electromagnetic fields that creatures and metals give off.  This is what helps them to have such accuracy to hunt prey despite not having eyes that can view directly in front of their mouth.  Touching a shark there would very likely overwhelm this sense and cause them to become disoriented or even dizzy like when the fluids in human ears become displaced.  Just as humans sense the direction of gravity and are subject  subconsciously to changes in these fluids creating dizziness, sharks also would have an issue with an overwhelmed sense that is used subconsciously in their every day life.

  5. they have sensors on there nose and by covering it they are effectivly blinded and just relax...doesnt work on great whites though.
