Christine has won the world and olympic titles through hard work. people go on about her missing three drugs tests, she missed the three at a time when drug testers turn up at a place you were supposed to be. if you had left they phoned your coach and he had to inform you to get there within 30 minutes. it was a very dis-functional system and has now been changed where the athletes have to give a full and frank list of all the training they will be doing and where for 6 months ahead. she was tested the same day that she missed each of these tests and was clean. but with missing the tests she was suspended. credit to her for working hard and proving a point. go back over the last 3 olympics and how many American ladies made the final always at least two. this year the only one who could make it was a woman who could not make the American team at the worlds!! strict drug testing seems to lead to fewer American winners. previous heroes of the states Track. 100 and 200 and relay Marion Jones Drug Cheat, Justin Gatlin 100 and relay drug cheat, Carl Lewis double 100, 200, long jumps failed three drug tests before seoul olympics American team covered it up. Flo Jo drug cheat . only clean guys Michael Johnson, technique superb, Edwin Moses technique superb, Jesse Owens Natural Talent. so before you down a hard worker who was let down by a flawed system examine the demons in your own back yard

  1. The Americans are just bitter that the underdog athlete won and their title favourite 'Sanya Richards', ran her race wrong, setting off too fast, and so had no legs left for the home straight. Even Michael Johnson (USA), the 400m world record holder who commentates for the BBC, agreed that she was foolish in the way she ran her race, landing her only with a bronze medal.

    Sour grapes.

  2. I'm not even sure that Americans know who Christine is. I still think the jury's out on her. On paper, three missed tests looks inexcusable. If she wants the British  public to start respecting her achievements, give us the whole story.

  3. Who?

Oh and state your source.  What snide remarks?
