  1. It's not you are perfectly correct and the reason is because welsh people are totally different from English not so different from the Irish or the Scots though.. The welsh are more Celtic than anyother nation in terms of language and genetics it's been proven. So youre perseptions aren't incorrect.


  2. Because they are Celts and England are Anglo Saxon,Vikings,French, Italian and a general mixture of different races
