  1. Too bad you weren't watching the History Channel last night, there was a whole show on symbols on the US dollar. The eye on the pyramid has something to do with the Freemasons' goal of having a godless country.

  2. The founding fathers of the country were all Masons and incorporated masonic symbols into the government monuments . They are not just on the currency, look at any monument in Washington D.C. The all seeing eye or the eye of providence represents the sun. In Egypt the Sun represented the God Osiris. So the eye today represents God and the triangle represents the holy trinity. God the father, son and holy spirit. So the eye and the triangle in modern times represent God as all knowing and all seeing.

  3. its a microchip watching you.

  7. I think it has something to do with the Founding Fathers being members of the Free Mason which uses the pyramid with the eye as their symbol.

  8. Look into the Masons.

Although, really, it may be because the founding fathers wanted to give our country some arcahic style.

  9. It's the all-seeing eye, a masonic symbol, based on ancient Egyptian hieroglyphics. It means that the government is all-seeing, and is always searching.
