Why there is no common citizens representative at the worlds ORG. UNO?

The uno is the Organisation from the elected persons of various nations. As we all know that, the PARTY POLITICS play here an important role, which means Non-Party members views & Lobby is not available either in the national Political developments nor in the worlds Biggest Organisations, thus only such issues are delt, that brings MONEY & Security to FINANCIALLY RICH people. Where as financial poor people but rich, intelegent, active persons do not have an access to the so called "DEMOCRACY". It is now due to the development of GLOBALISATION to think that, those who are not having a lobby in NATIONAL Politics can be implemented in the Worlds Organisation UNO?

because the representatives need credibility from their respective nations to be appointed in an international organization.

UNO addresses problems prozected by organized sector. Elected persons representing Nations care for individual political intrests. So the focus is always to care for intrests of  Rich and powerful. UNO has been surviving on this money power and not very high ideals. Else there would not have been so many genocides during and  after establishment of UNO
