i have noticed a revelation ,i know some girls who dodnt even know the C of cricket and now they are glued watching ipl

why this change ,is it because of the short nature of the game or the hype ,celebrities and drama or someething else

i have a friend ,she didnt even know who is the australian captain but she knows that yuvraj is the captain of kings 11 punjab lol

Neo...I'm a girl and i started watching cricket from the year 2001, when i was 9 years old! I love cricket.....even i used to play cricket and baseball! Why all guys think that girls don't love cricket? I'm totally a cricket freak! And i watch cricket bcoz i love cricket not bcoz some cricket icons are playing there!

Most Australian woman who follow cricket have done so all their lives. Women are not excluded from these things, and many of them are very knowledgable about cricket.

It is just not women. Some men in our family did not watch or take any interest in cricket. But they have got interested in IPL. Asks every day who is playing!

I think it is because they did not have the patience for those long drawn out matches.

These finish before they start off. Is what draws them. whatever, IPL has changed the Indian viewing public.

The best thing happened to cricket is IPL ,the entertaining cricket.

When CSK was playing I was in Chennai and I felt by 8pm the whole Chennai has gone standstill and all the streets deserted as if it is a bandh and I have not witnessed any thing like this in my life.

It is a game larger than life and seeing is believing and today I respect cricket IPL.

Now IPL is a dream of all cricketers in the world to play or be a part of this amazing T20 b'coz this is the best form of cricket and the future of cricket.

Accept it or let the Aussie's supporters blow their own trumpet now it is proved IPL is cricket and BCCI acts and others talk.

Every cricketer has a price and India rules.
