Why this happens to me :( ??

before school, i was 122, but after i entered i gained 126...

yeah, i've been eating a lot because of stress and anxiety... but this day in the morning i weighed 123.5 I ate:

1.kellogs special K

2. a lot of raisins

3. (i went to a party in peter piper at 1) a piece of pizza and cake

I weighed myself and was 126, so i slept all day trying to lose that weight, from 4, to 8 pm.. and i still weigh t 126

  1. if all you needed to do to lose weight is sleep then the millions who want to lose weight would be doing it try exercising  


  2. weight gain occurs if your calorie intake (what you eat) is in excess in comparison with your calorie output (exercise, walking, swimming). Do a regular exercise you like most every other day and take less calorie (beware of hidden calorie) and see the result in one month time (not every day)

  3. Your body weight fluctuates by as much as 5 or 6 pounds in one day, so stop stepping on the scales so often!!!!!  Weigh only once a week at most.  And if that is all you are eating in a day, that is not enough.  Your body is going into starvation mode and will hang on to ever calorie you consume.  You need at least 1500 calories a day to be healthy.  

  4. =( I hope you lose weight. Everyone deserves to have a good weight especially women. Try dieting but then after you reach a desirable weight...

    EAT AS MUCH AS YOU WANT... WHENEVER YOU WANT! Then count as many calories you ate.

    Then burn every single calorie.

    Thats what I do =D!
