Why this is happening to me?

1) why my niece doesn't want me to leave her every time she sees me and she ask me to put her cartoons on you tube..

2)my mom has an apartment with a small backyard and it close with wooden fence and my question is if i let my outside for a while even if i cut his nails will he jump off the fence anyway?

Your niece likes you. That's why she wants to be with you. My niece thought more of me than of her own mother. It happens. But who is jumping off the fence? I am intrigued.
