Why to pre teen girls always obsess about wanting to become teenagers?

There are so many 11 year old girls that "So can't wait to be 13"! out there. I mean why do all p*****n girls think highschool is like highschool musical? They all wear way to much makeup and try to dress skimpier even than most teenage girls in attempt to look "older". I know there is going to be someone that says "Your rude these girls are just excited about growing up" I'm not being rude, it's just that I have an 11 year old cousin that tries to show off her AA b***s as much as she can with really tight shirts. I mean why do these girls always pretend to look physically mature?
