Why too cheap to pay total fuel pumped?

people will pump $32.01 or 27.03 and only pay the whole dollar amount but the change. if the cashier does not put the differance in the register it will be off and that adds up, making the register off two to five dollars & the boss will think someone is stealing.

Often people will say keep the change when buying something. There is also usually a penny try thing on the counter for people. I guess it all evens out, and the till may be over or under depending on these types of situations.

Besides that, the cashier needs to make them pay the full amount, if they are worried about it.
