Why tornados,cyclones & other disasters doesn't help humans?

Tornadoes, cyclones, hurricanes etc are natural phenomena in this world. The mother earth is normal, only if such natural disasters struck. The only issue is are we prepared to face the disaster. There are damages to property and human life, but also brings great transformation of the environment from desertiication to wetlands etc. These natural disasters are by far less dangerous than the other disasters like earthquake, tsunami, volcano etc.

It's all in how you look at it.

It helps the insurance companies make and lose money.

It also helps the local economy because someone has to build new homes, buy new cars and other nice stuff.

So in a way it helps mankind from stagnating.

It depends on how you look at it.  Yes, they destroy belongings, homes, sometimes lives but by clearing everything it also opens up things to be better.  It brings families, friends, and even strangers together.  It teaches people to appreciate things and others a bit more once you realize how fragile everything really is.  9-1-1 was definately a tragedy, but it brought Americans together, for a bit anyway, in a common cause.  Years ago when our house burned completely to the ground, there was a big outpouring of community support, from people we had never met.  These disasters give people the opportunity to help others that they normally wouldn't realize or offer otherwise.  They teach us to face our humanities.
