Why turkish airlines people are so rude????

Guys,dont feel stressed.I had a bad experience with this airlines before.I found the ground duty staff at Istanbul Airport not so cooperative.Turkish airline crew staff were even not so cooperative.Thats what I felt about them .NOt everyone has the same openion.

Ive also had a terrible experience with this airline.  Ive flown with them for the first and last time!
