Maybe you are not due a rebate this year.

It is based on the last four digits of your social security number. That is all.

Enter the info from your tax return at http://www.irs.gov/app/espc/qualificatio... to see if you are eligible.  If it says you are, you should get it eventually.  The first round of payments has another week or so to go.

When did you file? If you efiled very close to 4/15, or mailed your return after mid-March, it's likely that you missed the cutoff for your return being processed by 4/15 so missed this first round - if so, you'll get your check in late July or in August.

If you owe any back taxes or back child support, or defaulted student loans, your rebate will be taken and applied to what you owe.
