  1. They have to - it's the law that service animals can go anywhere a person can go.  If you are finding a place that will not allow the dog, remind them of this law, and if they do not allow it, report them to the local authorities.

  3. they do. its against the law to prohibit service dogs. they even allow them on public transportation like buses. certain wings of the hospital might not allow them such as the er or critical care.  

  4. Dogs who assist people with disabilities are allowed anywhere. It is the law.  

  5. They are required by law to allow the dogs to accompany their owners anywhere so if someone is being banned from bringing there service dog into a location unless it is a sterile environment where the dog would pose a danger to the patient then they are in violation of federal law.  This of course is assuming you are in the US laws in other countries will vary
