Why was 2007 so hot, and is it gonna be worse this summer of 2008?

I'm real heat sensitive, and can you give me a few ideas to cool off this summer?

Why was 2008 one of the COLDEST DAM winters AND longest St. Louis, MO. has ever had?  I'm cold sensitive and I'm grateful for the long awaited heat we have finally gotten!

Ideas to stay cool, don't spend a lot of time outdoors, pace yourself, bring water with you wherever you go to rehydrate....where your hair up in a bun if it's longer.

drink plenty water and maybe get one of those little fans that sprays water. the reason it's getting hotter is global warming.

i would say stay indoors some days, any time you go outside wear big hats, wear sunglasses, wear shorts, tanktops, and if i is really hot put on sun screen even if you are not going to the pool or beach. hope this helps!

yes, it will be worse.   Tips:  Take towel, wet it with cold water apply to forehead, and cool...   Tip 2:  get on bathing suit, go to pool, enter.  Tip 3:  Go into home, turn on A/C, stay in home.... Hope that helps!

Run the cold tap over your wrists as it cools your blood and therefore helps to cool your whole body.

Carry a mini fan, wear loose clothing.
