As long as one side (the Palistinians) keeps intentionally murdering innocent civilians, the other side (the Isrealis) will keep accidently killing innocent civilians. If the Palistinian stoped their murdering and accepted Isreal's right to exist, the war would stop immediately.

I do believe that you are correct that the IDF has many brave soldiers.  The cowardly kill indiscrimanately to protect themselves, while the brave are careful and selective at the risk of their own lives.   Despite their best efforts, a few innocents will die despite their bravery.

If Windsor, Canada was firing missiles at the USA; one would expect it to be the former city of Windsor fairly quickly.
