Why was Bambis Mother shot?

I've got it down to three posibilities..

1. Friendly Fire, due to a returning WWII vet with PTSD misfiring at her after hallucinating a German Soldier,

2. Suicide due to Postpartum Depression,

3 Suicide because her husband had been killed in the war, leaving her a widowed single mother.

We never will know, because the camera men missed the footage, and lethal shot, but what are your thoughts?

it was so firendly fire because he most like didn't mean to shot Bambi's mom he saw a german soldier so he shot or a hunter saw something else to shot and Bambi's mom got in the way of the shot it was an accident that's all sorry Bambi it got to suck

No no...the hunter shot her on purpose because he was a crazy psychopath that enjoys making innocent little children bawl their eyes out!

She was shot to thin out the deer that destroy crops and so the deer would not get too overpopulated and then catch disease and wipe out the entire herd OR some family needed to eat.

By the way, the Vet who you thought might have misfired..he has PTSD from fighting for your freedoms so YOU could have the freedom to post this stupid scenerio....
