  1. ugh...the more I hear, the more I am shocked that this is all being done by OUR FBI. He passed a polygraph AND a handwriting analysis...and his home was searched, where they found nothing. Further, his lab had liquid anthrax...not powdered anthrax. To make the liquid into a powder is extrodinarily complicated and takes a long time and is very dangerous. Ivans didn't have the ability, the motive, the time, the machines to even make the powder form. I am not saying he had no invlovement, as I don't know, but to completely close the case--and destroy the evidence in the case (as the FBI has now done)--I think everything about this story is very sketchy.

Why would they keep this guy employed in such a high stakes position if he had so many psychological issues? Why won't they explain/clarify/correct their statement concerning the machine the FBI said was used to create the powder form. Scientists working in the same facility, as well as numerous other scientists, have come forward and stated that this machine cannot make what was in those envelopes.

  2. If evidence is still supporting it, it is still worth it. Polygraph tests are no where near perfect and can easily be beaten.
