I know that sounds totally insensitive, I just noticed that his followers were the ones who did it. I'm not questioning his guilt, I'm just curious.

  1. If I remember right I think he was charged with conspiracy to murder

My memory may be faulty though

  2. He was the ring leader...a very charismatic man who used preaching and drugs to brain wash...He told them what to right in blood at the crime scene and his followers were very dedicated to him.

  3. well to put it simply its like hiring a hit man to kill someone.maybe you did not pull the trigger but you are guilty of conspiracy to commit murder, which is basically the same thing.

Charlie "crazy" Manson is a evil hideous creature who brain washed people into thinking he was their Savior, and by doing that was able to get them to do anything including murders of innocent people just by telling them to do so.a mind control type of thing almost.

but people still have a choice and even though they knew it was wrong they did it cause Charlie told them to!!or they did it to please him,so therefore he is responsible! guilty as charged.ROT IN PIECES  scum bag,you and all your psycho followers!

  4. he was the one that orchestrated it...just like if you go to a hit man and say I'll give you money to kill this person...you didnt actually kill them, but you are the driving force behind it
