Why was Emmanuel Stewart with Holyfield for only one fight (2nd Bowe fight)?

Question

i just realized (yea i feel stupid) that Holyfield had a different trainer for each fight with Bowe... but Stewart only trained Evander for just one bout. juss curious if they had a falling out or something.

Emmanuel Stewart, has only a few fighters exclusive. At the time he had his hands full and couldn't put 100% in getting Holyfield ready. I don't know exactly what happened in this case but some fighters respond better to different types of trainers. Mike Tyson for example likes to run the show. A strong disiplined trainer won't be the right mix, for the athlete. Sometimes you don't get the best results with your choice trainer. Holyfield was a disiplined fighter and liked to do things the same way. If a trainer could not support him 100% he would move on.

i think i heard Holyfield & Stewart had a falling out over money... not sure though.  those Whitaker clips are great, you couldn't touch him as a lightweight.
