Julius Caesar was a bad leader and was rightfully assinated on the Ides of MArch. Since a young man of nineteen he had been in conflict with the law. Sulla, then the "dictator" told Caesar to divorce his current wife, but Caesar disobeyed and fled. He returned, cowardly, two years later, in which he then started the first Triumvrite, became consul, started a civil war. But all this power started to make him hungry for more. CAesar then went to Egypt to track down Pompey, where he met and had a kid with Cleopatra, the queen of Egypt.
Now, though CAesar declined any wants of being kin, why did he feel it was necessary to have a kid? because, he needed a heir. So he was a liar.
