  1. Julius Caesar was a Roman military and political leader and one of the most influential men in world history. He played a critical role in the transformation of the Roman Republic into the Roman Empire. He was born on July 13, 100 BC in Rome, Roman Empire, and was murdered in Rome, Roman Empire, on March 15, 44 BC. He suffered from epilepsy and/or hypoglycemia. He was known as one of the best orators and authors of prose in Rome.

Lou Gehrig was born in Manhattan, New York on June 19, 1903 and died in the Bronx, New York on June 2, 1941. He set several Major League baseball records. He was known as the 'The Iron Horse' because he was so durable. The prognosis of Lou Gehrig's Disease was grim: rapidly increasing paralysis, difficulty in swallowing and speaking, and a life expectancy of fewer than three years, although there would be no impairment of mental functions. Gehrig probably was told that the cause of ALS was unknown but it was painless, non-contagious and cruel — the nervous system is destroyed but the mind remains intact.

  2. I suggest Mozilla Firefox for your typing issue.

if you spell a word wrong, almost like Microsoft Word,

the red squiggle goes underneath and suggests new words.

its free! and Ceasar was famous for many reasons. I recommend reading Julius Ceasar, although a little hard to understand it's great. If your trying to get out of the assignment by asking, why not google it? He played many roles in his era. If you take the time to read it, it really is a great story. Believe me, I know how bad it sucks, but I'm thankful I had to chance to read it. =] hope i helped some.

  3. Caesar was famous because he conquered many different places such as Gaul. Gaul is France!!, by the way.

  4. He was Popular as a Emperor/Ruler!

He Won & Led many Battles he Conquered Egypt & Cleopatra all went well UNTILL he wanted to be Declared a Diety/God.

His 'sickness'/Disability  was Epilepsy......Very FEW knew just his Man Servant.

  5. i agree with greg

  6. Julius Caesar had epilepsy and was a Roman Emperor. Lou Gehrig's was a baseball player.

  7. Julius Caesar was good for everyone. He had big plans, which created more jobs for the poor people. He didn't steal and made EVERYONE pay the "universal tax" (no matter your salary, you had to pay the same amount as everyone else) which got the rich people's respect. He didn't persecute anyone, so the foreigners liked him. He created 'benfits' for the citizens, so the natives liked him. The only people who didn't like him were the jealous ones. Even his servants were jealous!

  8. Julius Caesar was a roman general and statesman, who laid the foundations of the Roman imperial system.

He was not too good at picking friends.
