Why was Moses so important to the Jewish, Christianity and Islam believers?

  1. He freed Jewish slaves from Egypt and acted as a spiritual mentor for the Jews while lost in the desert. Not to mention he wrote the first 5 books of the Bible, Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy.  


  2. He most likely wrote the stories that all those religions were originally based on, and gave a start to the Jewish religion. The other two religions are offshoots of Judaism, so would share the same origin.

    He also was the likely writer of the first five books of the bible; also was the man God first gave the 10 commandments to....and the one God chose to lead people to the promised land

  4. Moses wrote the Pentateuch- the first 5 books of the Bible. Jews, Muslims and Christians, for the most part, all accept and believe this and believe it is the Word of God. Now if we can just pray that the eyes of those still blinded to the truths written there and the prophecies of the coming Messiah.

  6. Moses was the leader of the iseralites. God chose him to lead the people from captivity. He is important because he was a murderer and God chose to use him. in essence, God can use anyone. Through him God freed a multitude of poeple and gave him power and authority. With his staff he was able to bring the famine upon pharoah read the book of exodus to get the full details.
