  4. Joy M is right.  Quite apart from the fact that your geography is shot to pieces, your question should be posed in the section for the Arts and Humanities.

  5. Vienna is in fact, in Austria. Florence was the Renaisse center in Italy for the arts. However, Vienna, Austria was the capital for classical music. (Haydn, Mozart, Beethoven, rich patrons supporting music.)

  7. I thought it was Florence.  Because wealth was concentrated there in families such as the Medicis.
