Something about him getting into a security guard at Talledega.

Kasey was headed back to his motor home and didn't have his hard card BUT did still have his fire suit on and the elderly guard apparently had no clue who he was and wouldn't let him in the motor home lot so Kasey pushed past him and supposedly knocked him down. And of course this being America land of the frivolous lawsuit he immediately screamed whiplash and 50 lawyers came running roflmao

Remember last year he got into a scuffle with a security guard at Miami dade airport on his way to Homestead.  He put the guard on the ground, small Kasey (I was impressed.)

He's being brought up on a misdemeanor criminal charge of battery.  He's being sued for 15,000 ++.

I just find it amusing little Kasey kicked the guards butt.  Heck, I bet that's worth 15,000 or more.  I would have loved to be a fly on a wall for that one.

it last year that kasey roughed up another security guard and

gave him a heart attack?? kasey better start picking on vendors or

he was walking by some old geezer and bumped into him, the old man fell over and got mad. He filed a lawsuit.
