So can someone explain to me why was d’lo even hired back if his job was to simply help push along the Beth/ Santino angle??? He hasn’t been on tv since they upgraded team Glamorella to Kofi and Mickie so I’m like. Why?

  1. Well here's the thing. D'lo Brown (Accie "A.C." Connor) does not hold a wrestling contract. He back as a Road Agent. The reason he was put on television was to try to boost the ratings. I don't know if we'll see him back on television again, but I certainly hope we do. Else whys he does continue to appear on house shows. So try catching one of those.

  2. I knew this was going to happen.  it had been so long since D'lo Wrestled, I knew people would have either forgotten about him, or just didn't care. He might have been 'cool' back then, but since the business evolved, along with its fans, I'm sure all those kids out there are looking for the next John Cenas, and Jeff Hardys, rather than D'lo Brown. I'm sure D'lo has his fan base, but I think his fan base consists of fans who have actually kept tuning in after his era.

Hopefully he gets sent to ECW or Smackdown where he will be used better

  3. he had a tryout he did great and he got signed. he'sporbablt just gonna be in the mid card anyways so what ever

  4. WWE is trying to attract the older crowd back to them. Right now, the younger crowd is giving them their viewing audience but the older fans, from the WWF days, don't watch wrestling anymore.

  5. He is a great wrestler and Raw & WWE in general needs more veteran talent like him..

  6. He's awesome I loved when he used to wrestle(and everybody else did too)

  7. Why not?

    Hes gr8

  8. The WWE probably hired him back because he still has tons of talent left, and the WWE needs more people like this. It's sad that he will probably be stuck as a mid-carder because he has some potential to become a great main eventer.

  9. He is a great wrestler. Also they needed a veteran wrestler.

  10. The reason he was hired back was to help in developing RAW's over abundance of young (amatuer) talent they now have on the show. With all the old heads mainly gone, turning into career special jobbers, and leaving for other pursuits, RAW is quickly becoming a program that appeals to the kids... again. We adults like the "technical" aspects of wrestling and the maturazation of characters. But the kids only like the character gimmicks. Because of this and RAW trying to cater to the kiddies, the new generation wrestlers are not getting the one thing that makes championships great...... having a connection with the audience.

D-Lo Brown as we all know was one of many Attitude Era wrestlers who got excellent crowd reception each time he came to the ring. (whether as a heel, tweener or face, the crowd responded to him).

See my dear, the WWE is in a downward spiral called "disassociation". Its been ongoing slowly ever since Triple H married Stephanie McMahon. Now its more noticable because of all the fueds that really don't get much attention and the lack of audience participation. (I remember when the Rock would come out and people would lose their minds. And Stone Cold would have stadiums of people screaming WHAT??) Things have changed for the WWE. But thats their on fault.
