Why was i randomly crying?

is there a reason why i just started to cry? im not even on my period

I also sometimes cry without any reason. sometimes I just become sad on little things and then so sad that my tears come out. And sometimes so happy on little things that I start laughing.

Crying is a stress reliever.  It just makes you feel better.  Sometimes, you may not be realizing it, but you're going through a lot.  Inside or out.  So, crying randomly isn't really a bad thing, it's a good thing.

Sometimes when you're stressed you end up crying to relieve tension.  Everything just builds and builds until it spills over.  It's perfectly normal.
