Why was it Scotland who had to change shirts?

..in the game v Italy today.As both teams play in blue I thought it was the AWAY side that had to change.have the rules changed or did Italy forget their kit?

  1. Don't know think Scotland had choice but its not helping them.


  2. Perhaps it has to do with a somewhat lagging Scottish fashion sense.

  3. It can't be a firm rule.  The 1968 World Cup was played in England but England wore red because Germany wore white and they were playing away.
