Why was my visa giftcard declined on folica.com?

i know i had enough on the card.

and im pretty cure i put the right card number ?

and i activated the card. i did everything

i needed to do im pretty sure ? but

it declined me ? now what..?

but did you go online to *register* the card in your name

on the gift card website? that means entering your name and address

so its in the "system:

otherwise the credit verification process will, declined the card

sine the card number doesnt have  an address to go with the card)

then nowadays a lot of online merchants do not accept visa or MasterCard gift card since there no bank attached to the card
