  1. Well, it redirects to Nintendo, so I guess that means Nintendo made them take it down because PokemonCrater was stopping people from actually buying Nintendo's Pokemon games.

    =D

  2. The owner graduated from college and therefore, he had more important things to do. But i don't know why it redirects to Nintendo's site. But the owner built a new site which is found here: http://www.pokemonbattlearena.net/

If a page doesn't work, try changing it to asp from html or vice versa.

    Ex.

    http://www.pokemonbattlearena.net/signup...

    change it to:

    http://www.pokemonbattlearena.net/signup...

    Hope this helps!

  3. (¯`·._)»-(¯`v´¯)-»(¯`·..., Your answer is half right, while the owner did take it down because he wanted to move on with his life he did not create that other site, that other site is a cheap knockoff of the original crater (and being a really bad one). Just go to digishadows.com or pokedox.com. Both of these MMORPG's are being made by some of the old top trainers on crater however are not quite finished yet.

  4. what they took it down?

dude that sucks lol i remember playing that it used to be so cool.

plus just now when i tried going on the website it redirects to nintendo's, so im assuming that it was something nintendo did (probably threatened to sue or something) and then took it down, but that sucks tho lol.
